Larry:
I'm
am currently in sales of pro-audio at Guitar Center in Roseville
Michigan. I'm certified by the Recording Institute of Detroit as a
associate engineer/producer. I am currently studying in mixing and
mastering at R.I.D. and will be certified in this shortly. I
have, in the past, been the lead vocalist in a number of bands
(such as Great American Scam and 28.4.20) ranging from country rock to heavy metal. in bands . I am working on a new project with a
co-worker from GC that at this time is in the beginning stage. I
am also kicking around the idea of starting my own management
company. I have a real passion for mixing live sound and have done
sound for folk bands such as The Kennedys, The Millroys and Annie
Capps. |
From His Instructor:
Larry gets the blue ribbon for being passionate and tenacious
about the field. Before he finished the first semester of
his training he got a job at Guitar Center. This puts him in
a place where he will meet many professionals in the field.
Larry is especially good at anything having to do with Public
Relations and promotion and is a "people person.", He's very good
at creative photo editing and writing promo material - skill sets
necessary to success in the field as a Music Producer.
